The Mass Timber Conference attracts professionals from across the forest, manufacturing, design, development, and construction industries.

The International Mass Timber Conference — in its fourth year for 2019 — is the largest gathering of CLT and mass timber experts in the world and focuses on mass timber manufacturing and mid- to high-rise construction. Over 1,200 experts from 22 countries attended in 2018.

Explore the entire supply chain for cross-laminated timber (CLT), nail-laminated timber, glulam beams and panels, mass plywood panels, dowel-laminated timber, and laminated veneer lumber; and the opportunities and obstacles for mass timber in global manufacturing and construction.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Call Tom Waddell at (406) 546-5977 or use our contact form.

What are your event policies?

All attendees must abide by the official Event Policies.

Is my registration transferrable?

Yes it is, but the transfer must be sent in writing and confirmed through our TicketSpice ticketing system (verbal transfers are not okay). However, due to printing lead times, the ability to accommodate transfers may be limited as we get within a week of the event and at the event itself. Sharing passes is not allowed.

The name on the registration does not match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the name on the registration and the attendee’s name must match. Sharing passes is not allowed.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you may. Send us a note via our contact form.

Do you offer group registrations?

Yes we do. Purchase 3 or more passes per company (on select passes only and all ordered at once) and get 10% off each pass. All group registrants must work for the same company. Event staff reserve the right to further verify the identity and employment status of any registrant before authorizing the order.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket or proof of registration to the event?

No. We will have your registration information at the Registration desk (located in front of Hall E in the Oregon Convention Center). Just see us at the desk and we’ll be happy to check you in.

Do you check name badges at the door?

Yes we do. You must have your name badge on you at all times.

Will you reprint my name badge if I lose it or leave it in my hotel room?

We will not reprint name badges except for very limited circumstances such as a misspelled name, incorrect job title, etc. Leaving your name badge in your hotel room does not qualify for a reprint of the name badge. Your name badge is your ticket to access the conference, so please have it with you at all times.

What is the refund policy?

For attendee passes, show management strives to be as accommodating as possible and refunds most all passes whenever the request is made, minus a $25 service fee for each pass refunded. For exhibit spaces, cancellations made up to end of day January 18, 2019 will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. The exhibitor’s fee will not be refunded after January 18, 2019.
