By staying at the Hotel Eastlund or Hyatt Regency, and reserving a room under the Mass Timber Conference room block, you allow us to offer lower rates on our event passes and help make this event possible.

Staying in the official hotels with other attendees allows you to be close to the Oregon Convention Center and significantly boost your networking opportunities.

WARNING: If you wish to book a room at any of the event hotels, then do so only via the links or phone numbers provided on this page. If someone reaches out to you by phone, email, or social media and claims to work with the Mass Timber Conference, Trifecta Collective, Forest Business Network, WoodWorks, Hotel Eastlund, or Hyatt Regency, they are scammers who may take your money without giving you an actual reservation.
